Business today simulation is an experiential learning program that involves participants in real-life scenarios and allows them to make various strategic and operational business decisions, such as the scale of operation to manage which customer segments to target, desired product mix, optimal procurement, how many employees should be hired/trained, and what margin they need to achieve to cover costs.

The simulations run over 3 to 5 annual cycles. Participants complete actual financial statements between cycles and analyze their results. Their performance is then benchmarked against the other teams, allowing them to learn from their own and others’ mistakes.

This analysis is conducted both on simulation results and then on real company business results allowing the complete transference of learning to the workplace.

When it matters most, managers and leaders respond by making decisions based on the following criteria :

  • How urgent the problem is..?
  • How to contain the impact in short term..?
  • What action can be taken now?

(Provides sense of control over things)

  • How unique the problem is…?

Thereby creating medium to long terms challenges that may involve:

  • High cost to organization in long term.
  • Inability to co-relate cause and effect.
  • Inability to see how levers of organization move or not to produce results.

Who can benefit from such trainings?

From the top management to the lower management, employees can explore how they can influence the performance of the business through their everyday activities and the decisions they make. This understanding enables all levels of management and employees to excel in traditional notions about functional barriers and leads to enhanced decision-making and issue-solving and therefore improved company performance.

Our simulations are customized to the development needs of organizations to ensure the maximum return on investment.
