Nishit Sood
Nishit Sood brings over 16 years of entrepreneurial and industry experience in building, scaling, and transforming businesses operating at the intersection of technology and services. As the Co-founder and CEO of BYLD Group, he leads the organization’s strategic vision, operational excellence, and long-term growth, strengthening BYLD’s position as the largest integrator of HR and business effectiveness solutions in South Asia. Under his leadership, BYLD has expanded its reach across industries and geographies, delivering innovative solutions that combine behavioral science, technology, and experiential learning to drive measurable business outcomes. Nishit’s leadership philosophy is rooted in continuous learning, adaptability, and the belief that organizations succeed when individuals are empowered to grow and perform at their best. Beyond BYLD, Nishit is also the Founder and Partner at Vighatan Ventures, a sector-agnostic incubation and investment firm focused on nurturing emerging businesses in the technology and services ecosystem. Through this platform, he partners with entrepreneurs from ideation to execution, providing strategic guidance, shared infrastructure, and operational support until ventures achieve profitability or scale through growth capital. To date, eight ventures have been launched under this initiative, generating annual revenues ranging from USD 2 million to USD 50 million, with the majority successfully operating under professional leadership teams. A passionate learner and lifelong student of innovation, Nishit remains deeply interested in emerging technologies and their potential to create positive societal impact. He is also an active member of the CII Delhi State Leadership Team and CII Young Indians, contributing to policy advocacy, entrepreneurship development, and initiatives that support industry growth and societal progress.

As Co-Founder, Executive Director, and Chief People Officer, he plays a critical role in shaping leadership capability, organizational culture, and behavioral transformation initiatives for clients across industries. A certified International Master Trainer, Sandeep brings extensive expertise in leadership development, accountability, and performance transformation. He is a Master Trainer for globally acclaimed programs including Crucial Conversations® and Influencer Power to Change Anything®, and is recognized internationally for his work in building accountability-driven cultures within organizations. His certifications span globally respected frameworks and institutions, including Situational Leadership® II by Ken Blanchard (USA), The Five Behaviors® by Wiley, Strategic Thinking by John Mooney Associates (UK), Partners in Leadership accountability programs, Vervago PQ frameworks, and multiple coaching and leadership development methodologies. As an ICF Certified Executive Coach, he combines structured frameworks with practical application to enable sustainable behavior change among leaders and teams.
