cancellation

(1) General

Leadership Consulting Private Limited, is committed to provide exceptional services in a timely manner. Unfortunately when a customer cancels without giving enough notice. It prevents another customer from being served. No shows and late cancellation have an impact on service and delivery quality. For these reasons, Leadership Consulting Private Limited has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

(2) Payment for the Course/service

Your registration is complete when we receive the payment, payment can be done online through Credit card and we shall reserve your seat for the course/offer service only upon payment.

An online confirmation e-mail will be send to you at the time of registration and payment. Our representation will also connect with you over phone to confirm your registration and payment.

(3) Cancellation Request

Cancellation request may be submitted by e-mail or over the phone within 7 days of the payment date or at least 14 days prior to the event date, whichever is earlier. (4) Refund Policy

  • Refund request made more than 14 business days prior to the event date will be subject to an administration fee of 3.5% percent of the specific course/event price.
  • Refund Request made between 7 to 14 days prior to the course/event date are subject to a 25% deduction as administration fee.
  • Refund request made between 3 to 6 days prior to the course/event date are subject to 50% deduction as administration fee.
  • Refund request made less than 2 days prior to the course/event date are subject to 90% deductions as administration fee.
  • No refund or transfer will be issued on the day of, or after the course/event date.
