Our training for trainers learning journey will prepare you to deliver SLII®

Using SLII®, leaders learn to use the most appropriate leadership style in response to others' needs in each situation, resulting in improved performance, work passion, and trust.

With The SLII Experience™, learners are immersed profoundly and effectively in SLII®. It is an award-winning and dynamic design, and you can learn how to facilitate it. The Training for Trainers (T4T) program thoroughly prepares prospective practitioners to feel confident, motivated, and designed to roll out The SLII Experience™ in their organizations. Virtual sessions are available, as well as in-person events around the world.

You will receive everything you need to get started with SLII implementation, including the SLII Facilitation Guide and PowerPoint® Presentation with videos for virtual, face-to-face, and blended delivery, as well as the SLII Participant Kit, Poster, Flashcards, Game, Match/Mismatch Tip Cards, Speed Matching Cards, and Playbook.

You must have completed the SLII Experience workshop within the past 12 months to attend the Training for Trainers. Check the public course schedule for upcoming dates.
